Return and Refund Policy – Vita Bloom Care

At Vita Bloom Care, we take pride in delivering premium beauty and healthcare products to our customers worldwide. To ensure product integrity and hygiene, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer store credit under specific conditions if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges – Store Credit for Unsatisfied Customers

At Vita Bloom Care, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Eligibility for Store Credit:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a Vita Bloom Care gift card or store voucher equivalent to the order value (excluding shipping and processing fees).

Conditions for Store Credit:

  • Store credit is available only for first-time claims per customer within six months of purchase.
  • The product must be in unused and original condition (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided, such as the product not matching its description or causing an allergic reaction (personal preference does not qualify).
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Expiration of Store Credit & Gift Cards:

  • Store credit and gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue, except where prohibited by local regulations.
  • Expired store credit cannot be reissued or extended.

Before Placing Your Order:

  • Read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully.
  • Check sizing, shades, or variations (if applicable).
  • Verify your shipping details before placing your order.
  • Contact our support team if you have any pre-purchase inquiries.

Exception – Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may submit a damage claim within 3 days of delivery (see Section 2 below).

2. Damaged or Defective Products – Claims Within 3 Days

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please file a claim within 3 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

How to File a Claim:

  • Email us at support@vitabloomcare.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/videos displaying the damage or defect
    • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and determine if a replacement, refund, or store credit is applicable. If approved, we will process the replacement, refund, or store voucher within 7 business days. Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.
  • Once an order is in the processing stage, cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • A notification will be sent when your order enters processing.
  • To request a cancellation or modification, email support@vitabloomcare.com as soon as possible with your order details.
  • Once processing begins, the order is final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Refund Process for Damaged or Defective Products

  • Refunds are only issued for approved claims of damaged or defective products.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, but the final transfer may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Vita Bloom Care.
  • Refunds are not issued for cases of dissatisfaction; only store credit will be provided in such cases (as per Section 1).

5. Gift Cards & Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is issued as a Vita Bloom Care gift card or voucher, redeemable for future purchases.
  • Gift cards and store credit expire 12 months from the date of issue, except where prohibited by local regulations.
  • Expired store credit cannot be reissued or extended.
  • Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Customers may request only one store credit claim every six months to prevent misuse.
